jp303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — if the Account is found to be in breach of these Terms, if suspicious activity is detected, if fraudulent behavior is identified, or if jp303 determines in its sole discretion that continued access poses a risk to the Platform or other users.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. jp303 reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 against a dormant Account's Balance, provided the Balance is positive. Users will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence.
jp303 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all Users before processing withdrawals. The KYC process is also a critical player-protection measure.
jp303 aims to complete KYC review within 1 to 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 48 hours. Users will receive email notification upon successful verification or if additional information is required.
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. jp303 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point, including on accounts that have previously passed verification, if new risk signals arise.

Anti-Money Laundering: jp303 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity under its international licensing obligations. Deposits that are not followed by gaming activity and are then withdrawn may be flagged for review. jp303 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers provided by jp303 are subject to specific terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for matters directly addressed therein.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Failure to complete wagering within the stated time limit will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
jp303 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to: the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, use of linked payment methods across different Accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that jp303 determines contravenes the spirit of a promotion.
jp303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of withdrawal will be notified by email of any material change to ongoing promotions.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all individual legs to win for the bet to pay out. If any leg is voided, that leg is removed and the parlay continues with the remaining selections at revised combined odds. Voor bola (Asian Handicap) bets are governed by standard Asian Handicap rules as published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp303 holds its international gaming license.
